Node indices are stored in rank-1 arrays by their respective types.
type(t_node_list)	nodes
	Cut cell list.

Points.
Useful locations outside the grid. Point coordinates are stored in rank-1 arrays. Points are defined from nodes. Their indices are then coherent with the ghost_node indices.

	Ghost point list.

	Boundary point list.
