subroutine mod_user_prepare_species_transport::user_prepare_species_transport

This user subroutine helps to set boundary conditions on a boundary or a part of it, a source term, a linear term or any other user changes to the preparation of the species transport equations.

This routine is called in the time loop just before the resolution of the species transport equations.
