subroutine mod_user_prepare_energy::user_prepare_energy

This user subroutine helps to set boundary conditions on a boundary or a part of it, a source term, a linear term or any other user changes to the preparation of the energy equation.

This routine is called in the time loop just before the resolution of the energy equation.
