User Navier-Stokes equations preparation subroutine.

This user subroutine helps to set boundary conditions on a boundary or a part of it, a source term, a linear term or any other user changes to the preparation of the Navier-Stokes equations.

This routine is called in the time loop just before the resolution of the Navier-Stokes equations.
